Guide
Questions worth asking before you reserve a plot.
A short checklist we encourage every buyer to go through — with any developer, not just us.
About the land itself
Has the title been verified, and by whom? Is the boundary clearly marked and walkable on a site visit? Is the access road already tarred, or only planned? Are water and electricity connections already live, or promised for later?
About the price
Is the quoted price the full price, or are there additional charges for registration, connections, or documentation later? Ask for this in writing before you reserve.
About the paperwork
Will you have the opportunity to have your own lawyer review the documents before transfer? A developer that welcomes this is one that has nothing to hide in the paperwork.
Our answer to all of these
For every plot we list: yes, title verified by our legal team; yes, boundaries marked; yes, infrastructure already in place; the quoted price is the full price; and we actively encourage independent legal review. Ask us any of the above directly — we'd rather you check than assume.
