From first WhatsApp message to holding your deed — the steps we walk every buyer through, in order.
1. Browse and shortlist
Every available plot is listed in our catalogue with photos, size, price, and location. Filter by location, price, or size to shortlist a few that fit what you're looking for.
2. Talk to us
Reach out over WhatsApp, phone, or email with the plot you're interested in. We'll answer questions on access, boundaries, and anything the listing doesn't cover, and arrange a site visit if you'd like to see it in person — we do these on weekends.
3. Legal verification
Before any plot is offered for sale, our legal team has already verified the title. When you decide to move forward, we walk you through the documentation so you understand exactly what you're signing and why.
We always recommend having your own lawyer review the paperwork as well — it's your right as a buyer, and we encourage it rather than discourage it.
4. Reservation
Once you're ready, a reservation secures the plot while the transfer is finalized. The price you were quoted is the price you pay — no last-minute additions.
5. Transfer
The final transfer completes the sale and the plot is yours. Because every plot is sold only once its infrastructure — roads, water, electricity — is already in place, there's no waiting after this step. It's ready the day it's yours.
